When does the course start and finish?
You'll have access to the first module the minute you sign up, and subsequent modules will be released each week for 8 weeks thereafter. While the content will be released week by week, this protocol is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
Do you offer refunds?
You bet I do! If you go through the course, implement the strategies, and don't see any results, then you can email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Could I just find this information for free online?
You can find just about anything online these days, but does that mean it's actually valuable? Nope! One of the reasons I created this Protocol is because there is so much incorrect and outdated nutritional information online..
Let me put it this way. Anyone can take some ingredients from their pantry and make a cake, but without following a recipe with specific ingredients and detailed instructions, you'll likely end up with a flat, tasteless mess.
Same goes with nutrition. You could read an blog or listen to a podcast with outdated and incorrect information and hope for the best, or you could learn from a Nutritional Health Coach who has taught hundreds of clients.. Your choice. But one may leave you with a bad taste in your mouth and the other may completely change your life.
What format is the course content delivered in?
Good question! The course materials are shared as video content, printable slides, and a workbooks for each phase. So, whether you prefer to read, write, watch, or listen to the content, you'll be set.
Will I have to buy new equipment?
There won't be any required appliances or supplements in my Protocol. We discuss various methods for preparing nutrient dense foods, and have an entire module on selective supplementation, but these are completely circumstantial, and 100% optional.
Will my grocery bill skyrocket?
It doesn't have to. A phased method is recommended when transitioning from a Standard American Diet (SAD) to the Ditch Your Nutritionist Protocol, which will help to ease into a bit higher of a grocery budget. We have a module and a handout for how to eat Ditch Your Nutritionist on a budget. Most over my clients only see a marginal increase in their grocery budget, and typically this has been offset by a reduction in their health bills, prescriptions, and dining out budgets.
Will I only be able to shop at specialty grocery stores?
No way! You can choose to shop at Walmart or Target, or embrace your new lifestyle by shopping at Natural Grocers or Whole Foods. Your choice!
I'm a mom and am very busy. Will I have time for this protocol?
Yes! Each weekly module is broken into 4-5 15 minute or less videos. You can watch these all at once, or spread out throughout the week. Since the Ditch Your Nutritionist Protocol is phased, you're able to move through the program at your own speed.
